Project Overview

Designed a full-stack platform covering invoicing, fee collection, reconciliation, attendance, examinations, inventory, expenses, and parent-teacher communication for Indian private schools. Built batch invoice creation with undo, itemized fee heads, fines and concessions, advance-credit application, cash/UPI/cheque tracking, and Razorpay webhook-based payment updates. Implemented MongoDB aggregation-based reporting, bulk-write workflows, indexed receipt-number uniqueness with collision handling, and soft-delete restoration.
